Pocket Museum is everyday anthropology par excellence. Collections of the Pocket Museum are created in various events and meetings by asking everyone present to insert their hands into their pockets and turn them inside out. In case one happens to have no pockets, one is requested to insert one hand into a bag and pick up one random object.
The first collection of the Pocket Museum was created in the launch event of our Calendar for Everyday Explorers in Restaurant Belly in Helsinki on 2 December 2010.
The second collection was created in the opening of the first Art Clinic performance, Ode to Waiting, in Turku on 21 February 2011. This collection was published in March.
